General Rules (Applies to All Giveaways)

1. Eligibility

This giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of Simply Asking are not eligible.

2. Entry Limit

Only one entry per person is allowed unless otherwise stated. Duplicate entries will not be counted.

3. Prizes

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Substitutions may be made at Simply Asking’s discretion if a prize is unavailable.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be selected at random and notified via Instagram direct message from Simply Asking shortly after the entry period ends. If a selected winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner may be chosen.

5. Rights Granted by You

By entering, you grant Simply Asking the right to use your name, likeness, and entry content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
